FAQ

What certificate do I get when I complete my course?
A certificate of completion will be awarded to students participating in online training. This is for your records and not to be used as a single point of certification for the title of “Qualified Worker” this is a title defined by NFPA70E to have several criteria for certification, this course is only one criteria.

How long do I have to complete my course?

What is a passing score?
A passing score is 80% on all quizzes/exams and all exercises completed thoughtfully with answers approved by EPSCO. Exercise submissions are graded by EPSCO and certification will not be released if submissions are answered incorrectly, or inappropriately.

When does my certificate expire?
Your certificate expires 3 years after it is issued. This aligns with NFPA70E’s standard. * If your job duties change you should re-take your course.
